Ordering Process
A $100 deposit is required to place your order and reserve your spot in our production schedule.
Once you’re ready to move forward, the remaining balance is due before work on your garment begins. Production starts after full payment has been received.
Most custom orders are completed within 2–4 weeks from the start of production.
Seasonal Production Schedule
Please note that custom production is paused from August through mid-December during Renaissance Festival season.
Orders received during this time are warmly welcomed and will be scheduled in the order they’re received once production resumes.
A Quick Note
Invoices are sent through Square, and occasionally they may land in your Junk or Spam folder. If you don’t see your invoice, please check there before reaching out.
